When I phone to ask for a visit from Gareth Flynn to have a look at a project we were considering, he quickly found time at nine o’clock the next morning. Since that meeting and a successful plan for a commercial venture that was granted planning permission by the local council, I had no hesitation in contacting Morgan & Flynn for another project, an extension to our house replacing a lean-to shed. He was similarly punctual and professional in his approach. Gareth’s team swung into action and produced plans and put through the planning application that was successful. Gareth helped us find a reputable builder and over-saw some minor modifications to the plans as the job progressed.
