Ceredig, one of Morgan & Flynn’s original founders, has contributed to numerous projects at Penrhos throughout the years. More recently, the site has been upgraded and expanded to create a tranquil, high-quality retreat for both tourists and locals, nestled in the scenic countryside of Llanrhystud. Our recent involvement includes designing the new entrance lobby, clubhouse extension, and caravan park expansions - enhancements that have significantly elevated the standard of service and accommodation offered.

When I phone to ask for a visit from Gareth Flynn to have a look at a project we were considering, he quickly found time at nine o’clock the next morning. Since that meeting and a successful plan for a commercial venture that was granted planning permission by the local council, I had no hesitation in contacting Morgan & Flynn for another project, an extension to our house replacing a lean-to shed. He was similarly punctual and professional in his approach. Gareth’s team swung into action and produced plans and put through the planning application that was successful.
